About Us

Through fundraising efforts and donations we receive, we are able to provide the school with many wonderful things.  Funds raised help to provide assistance with classrooms supplies, field trips, library books, and much more.  This year we plan to continue to raise money to expand our STEM focus, including adding technology throughout the school, and building our science lab.

Bi-Monthly PTCO Meetings
2020-2021

This year, we will meet quarterly via Zoom on
Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm. The meeting
link and agenda will be posted on the PTCO facebook
page preceding each meeting. Mrs. Eker will join us
with an update, and we’ll invite teachers to speak
when possible. PTCO meetings are a great
opportunity to stay informed, get involved, and support
the students and staff. We hope to see you online!

Meet the 2020-2021 PTCO Board Members

We are so excited to be the PTCO Board members for the 2020-2021 school-year! Our goal is to increase parent involvement & participation, revitalize & re-energize the PTCO, and support the students and staff at Erie Elementary the best we possibly can.  We are looking for suggestions and input from students, staff, and parents as we begin to make plans for next year.  If there is anything you'd like to share with us (ideas, suggestions, ways to support you, constructive criticism, etc.), please feel free to contact any/all of the Board members info@eesptco.com .  In order to help you get to know us better, here is a little information about the six of us....

PRESIDENT
Jenna Bullard

This is my third (and last!) year to serve as the President of the EES PTCO. I am currently a grad student pursuing my MLIS with dreams of becoming a librarian when I grow up. I enjoy creating spaces for people to connect and get plugged in, and making things more efficient and effective all around. This year, all three of my kids are at EES-- Jaxon, 5th; Jovie, 2nd; and Crew, Pre-K.
This school year, as a PTCO, we hope to boost the close-knit community feel that makes our school unlike any other in our area through family-focused events and activities, to support our staff and teachers well, and to encourage more parents (like YOU) to get involved. Our school is truly a gem and I love lending any time and talents I have to make it the best for my kids and yours. Here's to a great 2020-2021!

Hi My name is Megan and I have 3 kiddos- Noah (3rd) Asher (Kinder) and Amelie (2) My Husband Luke and I have lived in Erie for 5 1/2 years. We love Erie Elementary and i love being a part of something bigger. I especially enjoy planning parties and making people feel special. The PTCO has been a great outlet for me to use my creative skills planning lots of fun events and making our teachers feel appreciated. We have the best little school and teachers and its a privilege to be a small part! I am excited for what this next year brings!!

Secretary

This will be my second year serving as Secretary for the EES PTCO board. I am a full time mom and wife and a part time L&D RN. We have 3 boys, all attending EES. Jax will be in 4th grade, Ryder will be in 2nd, and Jameson in PreK. While all 3 boys are in school, I look forward to volunteering more at the school!
I'm looking forward to our EES family being back together in the building. Our focus was already going to be on the community and supporting the EES staff. What better year to do that than after the whirlwind we just experienced!

I'm so thankful and blessed to be a part of one of the best schools and communities I've encountered. My husband and I are originally from Butte, MT. We love the mountains and open spaces of Colorado. The whole family loves hiking, fishing, camping and just going for rides in the mountains or our favorite spot, Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes. My girls have been going to Erie Elementary since my now 13 year old started preschool in 2010. We absolutely love everything about EES. While I have helped out and volunteered as much as I could, being a part of the PTCO will be a new and exciting journey for us. I can't wait to help give support to the teachers, staff, students and families at EES.

This will be my second year serving as Fundraising Chair for the EES PTCO board. I am beyond excited and looking forward to really putting my talents to work and helping to keep our wonderful community moving forward! My husband and I have 3 children, our daughter, Gemini and oldest son, Leo both attending EES and our youngest son, Oden in tow with me every day. I am so blessed to be a part of the EES family and excited to provide support in all the right places over the coming years!

Equity Advocate

My family and I moved to Erie just over a year ago. My husband, Maximilian, and I have two boys at EES, Taj (2nd) and Cruz (4th). Coming from Los Angeles, it has been a big change but we have enjoyed getting to know our new community.
I was very encouraged when the PTCO created the Equity Advocate position. I believe that every child should feel seen, valued and included at school. Although this position is new, it enforces EES passion to be fair and impartial with every student. I’m honored to partner with the families at EES, to listen to concerns and suggestions, and then actively facilitate change and bring awareness in our school.
