Homemade Face Mask:
Chocolate Mask
Dark chocolate can brighten your mood and give you a boost of antioxidants.
Enjoy this anti-aging mask.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup of Cocoa Powder
3 Tablespoons of Oats
4 Tablespoons of Cream
1/4 Cup of Honey
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients thoroughly.
2. Apply a delicate layer to the face.
3. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
4. Rinse.
Make Your Own Bath Bombs
Makes: 4 bath bombs
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
• 1 C. Baking Soda
• 1/2 C. Citric Acid
• 1/2 C. Epsom Salt
• 1/2 C. Corn Starch
• 2 1/2 tbsp. Almond Oil
• 3/4 tbsp. Water
• 2 tsp. Essential Oils
• Silicone Mold (optional)
• Food Coloring (optional)
• Gold Luster Dust (optional)
Directions:
Sift the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk together.
In a separate bowl, mix your wet ingredients together.
SLOWLY add wet to dry to avoid bubbles.
